Made from naturally derived building blocks found in fruits, vegetables, cellulose and citric acid, Plenity helps you feel satisfied.Plenity is indicated to aid weight management in adults with excess weight or obesity, a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 25–40 kg/m2, when used in conjunction with diet and exercise. Plenity is not a drug or appetite suppressant. It’s not a diuretic that makes you shed water weight. In fact, it’s not absorbed from the digestive tract. Plenity is a FDA-cleared weight loss aid that takes up space in your stomach and helps you feel fuller at meal time and throughout the day.

Patients who are pregnant or are allergic to cellulose, citric acid, sodium stearyl fumarate, gelatin, or titanium dioxide should not take Plenity.

To avoid impact on the absorption of medications:

a) For all medications that should be taken with food, take them after starting a meal.

b)For all medications that should be taken without food (on an empty stomach), continue taking on an empty stomach or as recommended. The most common side effects include diarrhea, distended abdomen, infrequent bowel movements, and flatulence.

 

Who should not take Plenity?

Any person under the age of 22 should not take Plenity. If you are pregnant or are allergic to cellulose, citric acid, sodium stearyl fumarate, gelatin, or titanium dioxide, you should not take Plenity.
